List of Apologetic resources

Below is a list of various apologetics books, videos, and curriculums. All of the material below I am very familiar the author and/or their content and while I may have a few disagreements here and there, I heartily recommend what's listed below.


If you have any suggestions, please let me know and I will carefully consider it.


General Apologetics Curriculum for teens and/or beginners in apologetics:

I am the only one that currently runs the website, so please be patient if I am delayed in a response. I plan to shoot videos, develop discussion questions and workbooks in the future.   1. Apologetics in Action- Comes with teacher guide and material on the reliability of the Bible. Great for 9-12 grade students in Christian School, homeschool or advanced class in Sunday School.

  2. TrueU: "Three 10-part apologetics video series for upper high school and college students on the existence of God, reliability of the Bible, and the historical Jesus." Sean McDowell.

  3. Evidence for the Faith: "Includes six 10-minute videos that will give your leaders the tools they need to answer the more difficult questions about our faith."

  4. Understanding the Times: Worldview comparison curriculum from Summit Ministries.

  5. Understanding the Faith: Survey of Christian Apologetics. 18 chapters in the book. No discussion questions, but questions could be developed and used in a a school or church curriculum.

  6. Understanding the Culture: 18 chapters in the book on key cultural issues. No discussion questions, but questions could be developed and used in a a school or church curriculum.

  7. The Secret Battle of Ideas about God: Overcoming the 5 fatal worldviews. Comes with participant guide here.

  8. How we got the Bible DVD series: 6 part DVD videos (20-30 min long) with discussion questions provided. Great for small groups starting at upper high school age and older.

  9. Person of Interest book and DVD curriculum. Cold Case Homicide detective, J. Warner Wallace, makes the case for Jesus using outside sources from the Bible. This could be a great book discussion group or small group study.

  10. Defending your faith, R.C. Sproul- 32 part DVD series.

  11. I don't have enough fait to be an atheist curriculum

  12. What is a Christian worldview? Concise 5 chapter booklet (less than 100 pgs). There are a few discussion questions, but more an easily be added in a high school discussion group.


Creation Apologetics curriculum for teens and up:

  2. Unlocking the Mysteries of Genesis (12 part series with 23 min videos)- Great with high school, college and adult groups.

  3. The Genesis Academy (DVD’s on creation.com)

    • "Targeted to lay audiences, each video in this 12-part The Genesis Academy series is no more than 40 minutes in length, so it’s ideal for adult and teen Sunday School, Bible studies or even Sunday night screenings."

4. The Universe: A Journey through God's grand Design 4 part video series (digital download) with 23 minute videos discussion questions. Great for high school and older small groups.


5. Awesome Science: This website has a large treasure trove of top-notch creation science resources for all age levels. Some of these videos could be used in a youth ministry setting.


6. Uncovering the Truth about Dinosaurs: 4-part series with 23 min videos by leading creation scientists with ICR. Study guide included.


7. Made in His Image: Digital download of a 4 part video series (23 min videos) showcasing God's amazing design of humans.



9. Genesis Impact book and movie: The movie (free) is a little over an hour long but would be fantastic to show to a group of teens. Plus, the book is a great follow up resource to give to your students afterwards.

Resources for Teens/beginners in apologetics


  1. Apologetics Study Bible.

  2. Love Thy Body- Excellent book on biblical sexual ethics, homosexuality, transgenderism, and abortion.

  3. Creation Basics and Beyond: a great beginner book for dealing with issues of creation, evolution, the flood and more.

  4. Cold Case Christianity : Cold Case Homicide detective, J. Warner Wallace, investigates the reliability of the gospels.


6. Ten Reasons to Believe the Bible, Charlie Wolcott (book)


7. Tactics (book) and video study- Excellent book and videos series on how to engage with other people about your faith. I recommend reading this book first in your apologetics studies. The video series could be great to use with a small group (high school and older).


8. The Fallacy Detective (book)- Great book training you to detect logical fallacies.



Resources for parents & Youth Pastors:


  1. Mama Bear Apologetics- great for parents of elem-high school aged kids to help them think of practical ways to help their kids develop a Biblical worldview. Discussion questions are included at the end of each chapter. A separate study guide can be bought as well.

  2. Mama Bear Apologetics- Guide to Sexuality: Empower Your kids to understand and live out God's design. - This is an excellent follow up book by Mama Bear Apologetics that is focused on a response to cultures redefinition of sex and how to train your kids to love God's design.

  1. Foundation Worldview- Worldview Curriculum for kids (levels 4-7, 10-14, 8-12)
